Breast Lift
Introduction
The breast undergoes many changes through womanhood which may consist of pregnancy, breast feeding, ageing, loosing weight and genetics. Those are only some of the main inclement's for breast droopage. When the breast begins to become saggy, it can give the breast a loose or heavy appearance. Women typically decide to have a Breast Lift, also called Mastopexy for these various reasons. With a Breast Lift, it will give the breast a perkier, youthful breast that has shape to it.
Procedure
In a breast lift, the surgeon relocates the nipple and areola (the pigment skin surrounding the nipple) to a higher position, repositions the breast tissue to a higher level, repositions the breast tissue to a higher level, removes excess skin from the lower portion of the breast and then reshapes the remaining breast skin. This procedure typically takes 2-3 hours with a recovery time of approximately one week with minimal exercise.
