Karina - Office Manager

Karina has worked in the medical field for over 3 years. She enjoys making every patient feel they have received the best experience from our office. Karina is in charge of coordinating your surgery with Dr. Mountcastle. Karina is also our insurance and billing specialist and is willing to help you with any questions you may have regarding your bill. Karina's hobbies are yoga, cooking, and shopping.

Amy - Chief Nurse and Aesthetic Nurse Specialist (RN)

Amy has lived in Northern Virginia her whole life, and attended Stone Bridge High School in Ashburn, Virginia. She decided to attend Northern Virginia Community College where she pursued her nursing career. She graduated in 2009 with her Associates in Nursing, and began working with Dr. Mountcastle shortly after she graduated.  Amy has increased the number of sclero, botox and filler injections each year since starting and she now performs hundreds per month. Honing her skills by attending advanced training seminars with Allergan and additional training under Dr. Ronald Bush in Ohio and Dr. Shervin Naderi in Washington, DC. makes Amy's unique skillset unparralleled.  Amy also assists  Dr. Mountcastle in all of his office procedures and surgeries and handling patient phone calls. Amy performs all of the cosmetic sclerotherapy for spider veins, botox injections, and cosmetic fillers. In her spare time, she enjoys going to the beach and enjoying the outdoors! Amy is here to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have with your procedure.

Ashley - Nurse

I was born in California and currently reside in Ashburn, Va. I currently work in the position of Nurse for Dr. Mountcastle where I assist him with seeing patients and performing in office surgical procedures including laser liposuction, laser procedures, vein procedures, and more.  I have a dynamic personality and love to fish in my spare time.  I also perform all the ear piercing in the office.

Kerry - Vascular Ultrasound Technologist

Kerry has over 6 years of experience in Vascular Ultrasound. She is a board certified vascular ultrasound technologist. She is a native of Virginia and also currently works at Fair Oaks Hospital. She is a graduate of James Madison University. She is a strong asset to the practice and we greatly appreciate having her on staff.

Caitlyn - Receptionist

I was born and raised in jersey and currently reside in Ashburn,  i have been the Head receptionist at Mountcastle Plastic Surgery & Vein Institute since the beginning of 2011.  i have many jobs including helping with scheduling, surgeries, and skin care.  In fact our skin care line is so large we have an entire team dedicated to your skin care needs.  i have a strong work ethic and a warm personality and am here to welcome you to the office.

Cathleen - Receptionist

I have lived in Northern Virginia for almost my entire life and currently reside in Sterling. I attended James Madison University where I received a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Anthropology. I have been a part of the Mountcastle Plastic Surgery and Vein Institute's team since August of 2011. I have been told that I have quite the bubbly personality and will be sure to greet you with a large smile when you walk through our doors!
